EPFO Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the positions of Social Security Assistant and Stenographer in the EPFO SSA Recruitment 2023, candidates need to meet specific eligibility criteria. For the role of Social Security Assistant, candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and have a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English and 30 WPM in Hindi.

For the position of stenographer, candidates must have passed the 12th grade from a recognized board and be able to transcribe dictation at a rate of 80 WPM in 10 minutes. As of April 26, 2023, the age limit for both positions is between 18 and 27 years.

EPFO Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The EPFO Recruitment 2023 for the posts of Social Security Assistant and Stenographer has a two-stage selection process. The Phase I exam for SSA and stenographer comprises 600 and 800-mark questions, respectively, and the exam duration is 2 hours, 30 minutes, and 2 hours, 10 minutes, respectively. Phase II for SSA is the computer data entry test, and for stenographers, it is the stenography test. To qualify for the vacancies, candidates must clear both stages of the recruitment process.
